There is a filing posted yesterday 8/20....I cant copy and paste for some reason....I didnt notice it until later today because I was focusing on 8/21 dated items......It states:

Trustee's Verified Notice of Abandonment.

"Jacqueline Calderin Trustee hereby abandons the estate's interest in the Public Corporation Shell (the Corporation).

The Trustee has determined there is no equity in the Corporation for the benefit of the estate and as such the Corporation is burdensome to the estate."

Sounds like they bailed on the sale of the estate but I'm no lawyer either......Dont see anything else filed that pertains to the buyout. With the SEC objecting to the sale I think it pretty much sealed our fate here.


I think we are dead gang unless somebody else can see a reasoning for the Trustee to do this.
