So did they pay any money to UPZS??? Probably not.

What is it, an agreement that they can sell franchises for a Pizza chain that really does not exist? And they have 10 years to do it? lol Ok... I am loading up now :)

Usually there are stores operating, a few model stores, prospective franchisee's can come observe the operation and become part of it. There is advertising done for everyone, etc.

They have not had a pizza shop open in 10 years or made a Pizza in 10 years!
