Not sure I see the relevance. That report is almost 9 months old, RDSH is not a mining company, and they have already filed 4 reports with the SEC within the past month and a half that were clearly accepted (not suspended like the others). Sounds to me like an isolated problem with a few bad apples at the auditing agency.

Or, perhaps that is what is taking RDSH so long to go current. Maybe they are searching for a new and better agency with a better reputation to carry them into the future. Who knows? I agree that I wish the management would better keep us in the loop about what's going on, but that report in and of itself doesn't scare me.
