Good for you! Don't make the mistake of falling for the stall tactics though. They will hem and haw, promise and make excuses until it's too late for the shareholders to file claims with the courts. That has been and continues to be their strategy.

If DudS r US itself doesn't have the assets, it is possible to go after the subsidiaries as they are under the control of the same people. Normally, subsidiaries may be insulated but when control is exercised by the same people, that "insulation" is diminished or lost entirely.

Don't fall for false promises of "soon" because "soon" NEVER COMES!
