If you look only approx 2 of the 10 was used from TCA facility, and he stated in PR that there is financing coming to take out the smaller notes before they are convertible. In addition, he has stated repeatedly he is working and close to taking out the existing TCA. I don't think he has been in the business this long without selling out tons of shares in the company to do it now when the company has started so many new divisions to diversify the business for the long run.
