No Finra hasn't responded further other than their email stating that they can't comment publicly or even privately while (hopefully) an ongoing investigation is occurring.
I can't prove anything I say other than I have owned this stock for over nine years and have been a member here also for that long, and I have repeatedly spotted trading activity which gives off a foul odor regarding its legitimacy.
I am going to take further action but at the moment am waiting to see how this rally plays out.
ps It goes without stating that I will share any response from Finra if by chance I get one.
