What you reference in your post is a prime example of major issues related to the Company and it s efforts that have not materialized. For whatever reason, inexperienced Management, an Asset that simply is not what it has been built up to be, lack of money or any number of other reasons the Company can not achieve any traction.

When Dan joined Sarissa in September 2014, in spite of his lack of experience in the Mining or Public Company arenas, there was hope that his involvement and excitement about the "project" would result in a turnaround in the Company fortunes. Just under one year later the results have been less than stellar.

A year ago there was hope. Today even that hope would be misplaced. Certainly some people who claim "to be in the know" may have information that is contrary to what the facts state but even with that there is no significant buying into the stock.

The share pricing is so low, with the cost to buy a very significant block is minuscule compared to the potential return, it is surprising that this has not yet occurred. Only those investors that have a very strong belief in the Company and it s Asset would take the plunge. Led to believe that they exist but it hasn t yet surfaced in the Market. Maybe it will in a week or two when the summer holidays come to an end but it certainly hasn t appeared to date.

I fully believe that if the Company Management were fully transparent regarding their apparent efforts it would result in positive reactions by many. It behooves all shareholders for the Company to be strong but there has to be a solid foundation - Asset / Management of the Asset / Management of the Public Company affairs.

Without that occurring the Company will continue to flounder or cease to exist.
