NTEK didn't even put the 2015 SHM announcement on the business wire like they did last year. Remember last year's release, where Jeffey said:

"This is our first dividend payment and we expect that the amount of the payments will increase as we continue to expand our profit margins," said NanoTech CEO Jeffrey A Foley. Um, yea, ok Jeffey. Waiting on those "increased" divvys.

So other than here and a few places on the outerwebs, it's liking cutting cheese downwind in a hurricane - the unwashed masses of bagholders have no idea a SHM is even taking place. Heck, even Wonky Kong couldn't "confirm it" as of yesterday afternoon.

My guess is the "management" at NTEK "might" have received some unexpected bad news - legal or otherwise - yesterday afternoon, and they're scrambling to figure out what to do and whether or not to even go through with the sham of a SHM.
