late filings happen all the time. no worries here. if it goes down to .0005; new whales are going to swoop in. last year filings came out September 11th so i am not going to put any timeline on the filings, but i will say they are imminent.

i really hope no one thinks we are struggling for cash after she got rid of all convertible debt by buying up 250,000$ worth of it herself. also she said she isnt going to do any more convertibles which tells me there is cash somewhere, or a big cashflow coming in, or she was able to obtain funding somewhere else.

also lets not forget pending merger/acquisition news is also coming. which could be another reason for the delayed filings.
