Agree, don't like the notes either as I am being diluted with every conversion like everyone else.

Like I have said, every OTC Company have little resources for capital, so dealing with these vultures is an every day norm, which regulators ignore.

That is why I stopped trading here. NESV is my only holding on this Market as I believe they will be playing in the big leagues soon. I combat the dilution by buying cheap shares averaging down. Will see if I am right about the Company, which in my opinion, should already be off of OTC.
