I'm afraid I must agree with u 100%.

Something is definitely in da works cause 175,000,000 of a shitty pps is just that. They could authorize a billion shares and if p3 fails then the raise from this issuance would be garbage anyway.

Realist please understandy that this authorization is a non event until a deal is consummated.

A partnership through share exchange or an ace in da hole to protect against a hostile takeover.
