Flux Carbon & the Five Nine group are the financing companies that both $BTZO and $PVSP use. Today $PVSP released this shareholder letter. It sounds very close to what $BTZO is attempting.

One thing I would like to point out from the letter is that they state that they are not planning a R/S.
