You may get $20 worth of stock with the units, but what happens when everyone tries to sell that at the same time? It's not worth $20 any more. And it's $20 worth of common stock, which you're saying is not worth anything anyway.

Your only hope is that they promote this stuff and get some interest going. But who knows with these guys. This stock has done nothing but go down, and they keep giving away stock on the cheap.
