Correct , Fast oscillators on the 3 year and 1 year , slow are almost there in the three year , but because of the time part of the equation , if we open flat to slight gap down , slow should be very close on year as well .
RSI now a hair from oversold on the same, everytime it touches there, it rarely stays more than a day , speaking of , it rarely touches there period over the last year.

In fact the more I look at the three year chart , the more convinced I am of a big move .... Up is possible , before that ten year gravity takes shape fully .
