Let me make sure I understand.

If I am taking this the way I think you are putting it then this is what I understand. You are saying that there is no real way to tell how long it will take to get the wells going, and I do understand that it involves a lot of risk. I have an uncle who is very well off from living on the principle of "You have to take risks to get rewards". And I do have faith that Jon will be able to get the company there. I am all about taking risks.

However I'm not sure you answered my second question. How much the stock could gain in value just from aquiring the deep rights. I think you were trying to say it is up to speculation, but I wanted to make sure and see if you could possibly give me a number.
