You're totally wrong. The money doesn't go to the company. The stock is dumped on the open market. The company already received the money when it sold the toxic debt. If they convert, the selling pressure will drive the price much lower.
Correct. The company did receive the money from toxic debt and dumped so noteholders can get their investment back. That money is already, or at least probably, already used. Someone had to pay for the webiste development, labeling, bottling, yada yada. I stated this is still a form of dillution, and that the price will go down. I'm not defending "Oh, we are going to boom next week!!"
That's just not simply logical or reality. They are raising money, but doing it just another way than taking on more toxic noteholders, which...as I stated...is better than going to Asher or Tangiers, or any other crummy, shady toxic lender. Where numnuts cybermancer is getting his viewpoint from is laughable and obviously must have mis-read what I said. But, go figure...it's IHUB and everyone has their own agenda and is a stock guru.
