Yes, clearly you don't. To further operations = acquiring money so they can pay for more production. There are very few distribution companies/ retailers, lining up to prepay companies for a product/service. First step, and most likely step for TBEV, is to sell the product on their website. Then, likely to follow that, e-tailers like Amazon before rolling out any sort of decent to large distribution. So, in order to answer your ignorance and lack of understanding of business.....TO FURTHER OPERATIONS, means that investor money will be used for the next round of production that will be sold on their website. No upfront money will come with that, so increasing shares to sell means WE, as investors, will pay for the next production run....hence....TO FURTHER OPERATIONS.
