Small R/s needs to happen and it COULD b GOOD!

If they do a small r/s (to clean up the float), stop diluting, start communicating, present a decent business plan on the rebrand, and execute this could b a great stock. If they do a r/s and stick to business as usual this stock will always find its way back to sub penny...
