$ihsi i think its time to jump in for good this time. i have been in and out of this 4 times now. This horrible 10q is creating amazing buying opportunity here. the float is low. and os is 392,462,042 a/o Aug 12, 2015.

even if they max the AS the AS is only 1,250,000,000 a/o Aug 12, 2015.

at .0005 that is a market cap of only 625k if they happen to max out a/s with dilution. (which they wont since last pr says they are going to pay down convertibles with the funding)

As of right now market cap is only 192k! that seems extremly low for a company that was able to aquire $5 million in funding.

also they said they will have contracts finalized as early as next week. i think this is a good time to jump in here. bottoms in
