Millions and millions of shares have been issued for services rendered. Go back over the past 5 years and add them all up I don't have the time nor do I care. To whom they get divided among I don't know nor do I care. The only thing that matters as a shareholder is the price unless you own something other than common stock if you know what that is. If this investor put in 100MM at 50c does that make him smart or savy because he has money from some other avenue?? The bottom line 1 hit is nobody is making any money here owning the common other than the services rendered people. Again best of luck. I am done here. All I can tell you is your shares are worth app 1c per share. Good luck keep working!
