Sadly oil stocks are suffering yet another drag on the Brent price but as much as it is obvious those who buy in over the coming weeks will be the ones who get the most out of this opportunity

Weather forecast predictions indicate despite so called global warming we are set for two long major winters in USA and Europe

That and anticipated bombing of oil refineries in Iraq and lybia will send prices back up. Venezuela and Nigeria are talking about reduced production for long over due refit and maintenance
