No worries, I am an accountant so it comes much easier to me as its what i do but revenue recognition can be very convoluted and is not based on cash.

The $1M is why they are cash flow positive as it does represent an influx of cash but cannot hit the P&L until earned. You will see it start to show up in Q3.

Also, the O/S was unchanged from 6/30 till 8/17
