Say the 500 million share increase is approved, Mr. Lytle atm's at these amazing discount prices and the stock plummets even further. While we're teetering above a dollar now, after the atm we'll definitely dip below if not crash. At that point will we have to RS? 

It just doesn't make sense... something has to be coming or all investors will flee.
