Oh thee of little faith!! Please remember it takes 18 months to agree to possibly buy 3 or 'up to 15' processors. Then it takes 3, ER 6, ER 20 months to think about testing the broken equipment. Then it takes another couple of years before a contract is inked.

These are very complex machines and ONLY ONE person in the world knows how to run them. He still has the majik catalyst under his pillow and the only other person with knowledge is an old CFO, 6 CFO's ago.
