The auditors are the independent accountants to REVO.

That's a simple fact which the company has stated in two recent 8-Ks.

On August 11th the company stated that they had been unable to discuss matters with their accountants.

Here's their statement:

The Company’s board of directors has attempted to discuss with its independent accountants the accounting treatment issues identified in the financial statements for the Affected Periods, and to cause them to begin work on restated financial statements for the Affected Periods, but the Company’s independent accountants have not returned the Company’s repeated calls.

Then, On August 17th, the company identified Bongiovanni & Associates, as the 'independent accountants' not returning those calls.

Here's their statement:

On July 1, 2015, the Company’s relationship with Bongiovanni & Associates, CPAs (“Bongiovanni”) as its independent registered public accounting firm ceased. Bongiovanni has failed to respond to the Company’s repeated attempts to discuss certain accounting treatment issues identified in certain of the Company’s financial statements.

Bongiovanni & Associates is (or was) the company's auditor.

Those are the facts of the matter, and they prove you to be completely wrong - again.

Simple.
