No I am sorry, that is a misunderstanding. There is no attempt to expand the labeling, there is an attempt to be able to promote a product for uses NOT in the approved labeling. That in my judgement is not going to happen. The simple argument against this is that the FDA is the arbiter of "truth" when it comes to drug claims. Absent that, who becomes the arbiter- the pharma companies themselves. Already one of the least admired industries in this company I dont see a groundswell of public support.
