No one cares, isn't that pr from back in February when Luther was CEO? Clearly he botched the deal and it's no longer on the table, which is no fault to the company currently or Jorge who has taken the reigns from Luther. Deals fall through all the time for one reason or another just like new opportunities with new management come about as well, it's business. Luther failed, plain and simple and whether the board of directors approved it or not, clearly it was not a good fit for either party which is why the deal dissolved. The grow operation has absolutely nothing to do with what is currently happening right now.
