whatever the details of the sttlement..the fact that they did settle and continue to execiute the business model tells me that the settlement will not destroy the company but is more likely a sign of strength...Even if all 4 million must be paid in the next 150 days and they sell shares to raise. whats another 13-20 million shares to a 71 million O/S

the lawsuit does not freak me out at all but nice to know it has been resolved.
