I guessed that when you focused on the accumulated deficit instead of the most important item in the financial statements - the toxic death spiral convertibles.

If you see ANY toxic death spiral convertibles issued by a company, RUN away. Immediately. That company is dead. NBRI was doomed to fail the second they issued the first ones.
