HJ, why do you think Frank would have the shares delivered just inside the US border, then drive down to pick them up personally?

Are there tax issues in Canada for paper that enters the country via customs?

Or could it be cover-related?

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
