I think you missed CLEO VII (not sure what it really adds though) - 10Q states- "We acquired a 51% ownership interest in Cleo VII, Inc. The net loss attributable to non-controlling interest of $14,700 and $5,194 reflects operations in Cleo VII, Inc. attributable to the non-controlling interest holder for the six months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively."
