If the seal is under (inside) the bottle cap its just a seal not a tamper proof seal.

Unless you can actually tell from a never opened bottle to a opened bottle.

If Im correct Wolfshot should be regulated as a dietary supplement under FDA guidelines.

And if that is the case the lack of the tamper proof packaging would be a problem.
