I once tried to put in a sell order with TD @ .20 and they wouldn't let me...the rep told me that they can only let me put a certain percentage like you and he said the highest i was allowed to put it at for that time (two weeks ago) was .05... well like yourself, i put in a sell order for .10 and they did not cancel it... it's still open so that's a good sign.
