Leo E. Strine, the new Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court seems like a down-to-earh type of guy.

Here is an interview
http://www.americanbar.org/content/dam/aba/publications/blt/2015/03/member-spotlight-strine-201503.authcheckdam.mp3

In 2012, Mr. Strine awarded $1.26 billion in damages to shareholders of a South American mining firm that engineered what he found was a sweetheart deal between two of its subsidiaries, and a record $300 million in fees to their lawyers.

Not afraid of big numbers.

Interesting view of preferred stockholders VS common. Believes preferred holders should have any preference written in the contract or else, no rights. This point of view may help Jrs. VS Srs. in regards to the 3rd amendment. Sweeping all networth was not part of the original contract but a policy tool after the fact.
