Ken Cook, I believe the laws vary by state but he may be able to hang on to around $10,000 worth of appliances and those types of items if he declares bankruptcy. But, only a certain portion is protected. Example: If Mcbride owns a thriving restaurant or catering company he now owns only the oven. Better than nothing? My opinions. Anyone else?
