I presume that is because it contradicts his assertion that Vanis owns 50% of everything related to Minerco.

Vanis owns 57,040,001 shares of common stock which represent 1.6423% of $MINE common stock.

Vanis preferred shares can potentially be converted into an additional 456,263,000 shares of common stock. That represents a potential ownership of 513,003,001 shares of common stock which would represent 14.7792% of Minerco ownership.
