This is to funny. This company has had the same 10Q for years. All they change is the date on it. The only thing going up is the outstanding shares. No revenue, the stock at all time lows, and false hope they get a down payment. I said awhile back when it was 15 cents to bid at 5 or lower. I mean't to say at .005 or lower. Unless they have some real news soon it has only way to go and we all know which direction that is. Best of luck.
