Give the company a breather.
Dont bash them minute after minute.

There are few people in investment world who are content with -5-10% interest rate per year.

Dont watch the value of your stocks every minute.
Forget it and look at them for once a month.

You will surely be surprised to see its value
200-300 times the precent value.

The constant phone calling will surely distract them from putting 100% of their abilities in to the business.
