The ONLY way to play this POS (from a "position" stand point) is to watch the markets rally for 4-5 days straight in which the DOW, NASDAQ, S&P all run up and get ahead of themselves and see if TVIX, SQQQ, VXX, etc...."don't" make NEW LOWS!! Then take a shot, but until then....stay on the sidelines!
