Anyone who "wants to sell" does: There has been PLENTY of ask smacking & BUYERS ADDING these levels: CSTI CLEARLY wants MORE SHARES. CSTI is hoping the pressure can cause a fill, but CSTI clearly has FAR MORE interest in BUYING than selling: L2 says so!!
