It comes down to behavioral patterns. Why the recent uptick in commentary right before a filing is about to hit? IDK, room for speculation. The only thing that one can bet is that it is agenda driven. Speculation starts at the agenda motive. Timing of actions in relation to a transpiring event hints at agenda motive. The less time info is provided to research before a date is usually a fear driven tactic.
