Yea, I saw this interesting comment:

You guys [THCZ] are giving them good excuses... We are hearing about audited Financials since a long time. It's been months and all I've heard is "we are working on them". I'm sorry but investors are not going to invest their hard earned money just based on promises. We need facts. I don't know why the audited Financials are taking so long. Just release them, and start the up list process,
