I would advise others to back up what I sent to the SEC with their own findings as well. I linked in the January press release and all one has to do is reference their follow up 10-Q's stating that no significant revenues have been received to date nor do they expect any.
There may be some recourse to investors through a class action suit and if they get suspended this could spark it.
Otherwise, anyone underwater here will not be able to get back out IMO.
