One very handy method my uncle taught me is to add the high of the run and the low of the run and divide by two so on this chart I should think it would be about 4.25, however this changes depending on where you start your calculation from, where you consider it to be the beginning and end of the run. a note of caution, this has failed my before it can dip below this point, and sometimes it doesnt come down to meet it, so be careful.
