nuke661, yes, our discussion actually started from this. Broker non-votes are counted as vote against the proposal #3, however the company states it's routine vote meaning those street names are likely to cast a vote. And I assume the company believes that by default these votes will be FOR the proposal #3. (Why is it even the case is beyond my understanding.) It would be a fair assumption the company has it all planned out.
