Cal Dive will be closing their doors on Aug. 31. Most, if not all, employees have already been let go. Swiber is picking up the Sea Horizon. Uncle John will be repaired prior to selling.

Cal Dive's ownership in DeepCor will be treated like any other vessel/equipment that has value. It will be sold (probably back to DeepCor).

Fidelity told me that once the stock truly goes to $0.00, they will send paper work for tax purposes showing that the stock is worthless.
