You won't find it in any of the published docs, I think. I have already looked, and the only A64 tech docs currently available are the thermal design guide and the Socket 754 Design and Qual requirements doc. The latter is a mechanical specification. The pin layout will be in the processor data sheet, which is not yet publicly available.
