Oro is the fanciful word for Besado.......

and it isn't even required by TTB. I realize it's just "details", but the more likely hold-up was an agreement with an APPROVED tequila brand, as well as a distiller.

Tequila is an ingredient in Oro, in other words. But Oro is not a tequila.

Oro is a fanciful name of Besado, which is 100% Gold Tequila that has been lightly infused as the APPROVED label states.

The fact they are using tequila means they had to have an APPROVED tequila to infuse.
