There are no terms or details disclosed so it would be hard to accuse anyone of "lying" about it.

But let's use our noodles.

1) they announced a master agreement, not a purchase order.

2) if Novarad has 400 sites they hope to "refresh", do you think Novarad is doing it for free? Or do they expect their customers to pay? If the latter they would have to get hundreds of customers on board, no?

3) do you think Novarad is committing to 400 sites regardless of whether or not their customers agree to pay for it, or even agree to the install?

On the balance of probabilities, using judgement, experience, common sense and my humble opinion, it seems Novarad is a reseller that is going to try to sell some stuff. Mainly V3 VDI it seems. Nothing wrong with that.


5) Novarad's LinkedIn profile shows they have 51-200 employees which means their total revenue is probably I the $5M to $20M range. Feels like they'd be lucky to drive a few hundred $K in revs for ANY and that would be a success.

All IMHO and In my humble speculation.
