It's not fraud if they run out of money before being able to bring a product to market and all the expenses were "legitimately" billed to Theracour.

Would you consider making 10's of millions of dollars a successful venture for Diwan? He doesn't need Theracour to do anything else. He'll have the lab and will be on to his next venture.

I don't understand why that is hard to comprehend?
